Plain-language privacy practices.
This policy describes how Hckrslsh collects and handles information submitted through this website.
Information collected
The consultation form collects the information needed to evaluate a service request: name, email, phone, general location, client type, business name when applicable, preferred contact method, service category, remote or onsite preference, systems involved, problem description, urgency, appointment preferences, and desired outcome.
Why it is collected
This information is used to review the request, recommend an appropriate service, confirm expected scope and pricing, and communicate scheduling options.
Transmission and storage
Form submissions are transmitted to the WordPress site and stored server-side in a non-public submissions directory. A notification email may be sent to the business contact address. Do not submit passwords, MFA codes, private keys, recovery phrases, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
Retention and deletion
Intake records are retained only as long as needed for service evaluation, client communication, business records, or legitimate security purposes. You may request deletion of submitted intake information by contacting Hckrslsh, subject to records that must be retained for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Third parties and analytics
No advertising trackers or data-sale systems are intentionally added by this custom theme. Hosting, WordPress, email delivery, DNS, and security infrastructure may process technical data required for the website to function.
Uploads
File uploads are not currently enabled on the public intake form. If files are needed, Hckrslsh will request them through an appropriate channel.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Do not use the website for emergency communication or highly sensitive credential transfer.
